Only three families followed one another in this field, exploiting the grounds since the XVIIe century. The property was acquired in 1910 by Gustave Fayet, postpones grandfather of Luc Viennet. The personality of Gustave Fayet is well-known, like wine owner, but also as painter and collector. One owes him in particular the restoration of the Abbey of Fontfroide close to Narbonne.
